1. Product Returns & Refund Eligibility At Shopforcows, due to the consumable and hygiene-sensitive nature of our products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged in transit

  • Product has a manufacturing defect

  • Incorrect product has been delivered

To be eligible:

  • Issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • Clear unboxing video and product images must be provided

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

Returns will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Opened or used products

  • Minor variations in color, fragrance, or texture (natural products)

  • Delay in delivery due to courier issues

2. Refund Process

a. Initiating a Request Please contact us at support@shopforcows.com with:

  • Order details

  • Reason for return

  • Supporting images or video

b. Review & Approval Requests are reviewed within 24–48 business hours. Additional verification may be requested if necessary.

c. Refund Method Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Timelines may vary depending on banking and payment provider processing times.

Shipping charges are refundable only if the return is due to an error on our part.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used consumable products

  • Products without original packaging or seals

  • Promotional or discounted items (unless defective)

  • Custom or special-order items

4. Shipping Costs

a. Return Shipping If the return is due to a defect or incorrect product, we will bear the return shipping cost. In other cases, return shipping may be borne by the customer.

b. Proof of Damage Visual proof must be shared before initiating a return.

5. Cancellation of Orders Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
