We currently deliver across India through trusted logistics partners who follow industry-standard practices suited for Ayurvedic and Panchagavya-based products.
Shipping Charges
Shopforcows delivers to most serviceable locations across India. Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated based on the order value, weight, and delivery location and are transparently displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
From time to time, we may offer complimentary shipping on select orders or during special occasions. All shipping charges are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Delivery Process
Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
Each product is carefully inspected for purity, quality, packaging integrity, and labeling before dispatch, ensuring it reaches you in its intended form.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Once dispatched, orders are handed over to our logistics partners.
Standard delivery timelines range between 3–7 business days from dispatch. While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen delays due to external factors may occasionally occur.
Note: Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier operations, weather conditions, or peak periods such as festive sales.
Order Status & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email and/or SMS. You may track your shipment using the provided link.

While we actively assist in tracking and resolving delivery concerns, any delays after dispatch are subject to the operations of the logistics partner.
Delivery & Package Inspection
We request you to ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate and complete.
Upon delivery, we recommend inspecting the package before accepting it. If the package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with, kindly refuse the delivery and inform us immediately.
Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order, along with clear photographs or an unboxing video for verification.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on select serviceable pincodes for your convenience.

COD availability may vary based on location and order value.

A nominal COD handling fee may be applicable and will be shown at checkout.

Orders placed via COD may require confirmation through call/SMS or WhatsApp message before dispatch.

Shopforcows reserves the right to cancel unverified COD orders.
Important: Repeated refusal of COD orders or non-acceptance of deliveries may lead to restriction or permanent disabling of COD facility for the customer.
Failed or Returned Deliveries
Orders returned due to incorrect address details, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery may be treated as Return to Origin (RTO).
In such cases, re-shipping or refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting applicable shipping and handling charges.
Shopforcows reserves the right to limit Cash on Delivery (COD) services for customers with repeated RTO instances.
