How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are usually processed within 24–48 working hours after confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You will receive tracking details as soon as your order is shipped. Please note that delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen logistical delays.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. However, in case you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we offer a replacement.
To be eligible for a replacement, customers must share a proper unboxing video and clear photos of the product showing the issue. Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Requests raised without valid proof may not be accepted.
Do you offer store pickup or walk-in purchases?
At the moment, we operate primarily as an online store. Walk-in purchases are not available; however, customers may opt for order pickup after placing their order online. Orders can be picked up from our Gurugram location starting the next day between 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM at Gau Kripa Bhawan
