How long does it take to process an order?

To be eligible for a replacement, customers must share a proper unboxing video and clear photos of the product showing the issue. Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Requests raised without valid proof may not be accepted.
Do you offer store pickup or walk-in purchases?
At the moment, we operate primarily as an online store. Walk-in purchases are not available; however, customers may opt for order pickup after placing their order online.
